All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please contact with our customer service prior to return for RA#. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box; It will expedite your return. All the items returned without authorization will be refused. In order to process a replacement ,you must return the items you received at your expense and provide a tracking number. We do not charge restocking fee.
